As a Workplace Experience Coordinator at JLL, you'll be the central point of contact for workplace operations on site, bringing together vendor coordination, supply management, and day-to-day administrative support to keep the workplace running smoothly. You'll be the familiar face that employees and visitors turn to, resolving issues with building services, overseeing cleaning and maintenance partners, and ensuring every space reflects the quality our clients expect. At JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and this role is central to creating that environment every single day. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, and you'll work closely with facility services, technical support, and management teams to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming workplace for all.

  • Maintain and prepare conference rooms, including scheduling, setup, and ensuring a polished, welcoming space for every meeting.
  • Manage inventory levels for technical, office, and pantry supplies, anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Resolve day-to-day building service issues spanning janitorial, mailroom, copier, and conference room needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule office and building activities, keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Partner with facility services, technical support, and management teams to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for everyone on site.
  • Conduct weekly facility walkthroughs and support HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with cleaning providers and other vendor partners, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
  • Bring workplace experience initiatives to life, from office events to sustainability programs, creating a positive environment.
  • Guide new hires through orientation, showcasing the site and introducing them to available services and amenities.
  • Experience in facilities-related services or workplace management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and building management teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Professional communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
  • A natural people person who finds fulfillment in creating experiences that go beyond what's expected.
  • A flexible, positive attitude when managing shifting daily priorities.
  • Experience identifying and implementing facility-related improvements on site.
  • Familiarity with supporting health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives, and English language proficiency where applicable to the site's operations.
