Job description (including, but not limited to):

Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management
Client management and communication through the move, cleanout and auction process
Provide quality control and training of team members
Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
Safely pack and unpack goods
Manager lotting of item(s) to be sold via online auction
Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items
Provide a stress-free experience for our senior clients

Start hourly transferring to salary with quarterly bonuses based on company performance

Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):

Minimum 5 years management experience
Must be well organized and effectively communicate directions to team members and clients
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation
Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
Must be able to properly lift up to 30 pounds
Must have computer skills
Auction, online selling experience is highly preferred
Must live in Southern Delaware - no exceptions
