If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. ## What you’ll do Role purpose: To sell and promote company products and services in line with the guidelines and policies defined by the company, to achieve the sales targets determined by company. ## Job Responsibilities Delivering results * Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company Customer Satisfaction * Build customer loyalty through excellent customer experience * Promote Vodafone products and services according to commercial priorities. * Take ownership on improving customer experience with the company (complains follow up) * Implement company procedures and policies in a correct manner Administration * Ensure correct archiving of documents and forms * Inform on any mal-functioning of all operations in shops ## Who you are Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Education / Experience * Business university degree preferred * Experience in sales Specific Knowledge * Excellent communication skills * Ability to explain all the information confidentiality and clearly * Ability to work within the target set * Demonstration of customer focus providing excellent customer service. * Ability to perform within a group * Good command of Albanian language.
