  • Hardware, Software, and OS troubleshooting
  • Windows 10 support experience
  • Outlook, Citrix, Active Directory support and troubleshooting
  • Some basic networking troubleshooting experience
  • Peripheral support and troubleshooting
  • Worked with Remedy or other troubleticket tracking software
  • Excellent customer service skills
