Physical Therapist (PT)

Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluations, therapy, and consultation to students receiving special education services in Marana, Arizona. The provider will support students’ mobility and participation in school activities through evidence-based services aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Responsibilities • Respond to referrals, evaluate students, and provide evidence-based physical therapy aligned with IEP goals. • Participate in IEP meetings, plan treatment schedules, collect data, and report student progress. • Consult with and train staff and parents on mobility strategies, materials, equipment, and related IEP goals; troubleshoot equipment concerns. • Complete evaluations, service records, required IEP documentation, timesheets, and Medicaid billing documentation, as applicable. • Attend required meetings and training; maintain confidentiality, current credentials, and compliance with school policies and applicable requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned.
