• →Monitoring daily workflows, motivating employees, managing multiple tasks and ensuring quality standards.
• →Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with safety and quality standards
• →Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet daily production and project goals
• →Conduct and oversee special project inspections and additional assignments as needed
• →Train team members on processes, safety procedures, and quality expectations
• →Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience with product inspection, quality control, or repair processes is a plus
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Good prioritization and problem-solving skills

• High school or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing/manufacturing of foods and beverages.

• Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
