HR TD Intern Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Commit to the deployment of GC-wide TD initiatives, providing data consolidation and analytics of training, learning, talent and leadership development activities Provide logistical support for training & learning interventions for smooth running, including new hire welcome sessions, corporate leadership programs, GC Learning Circle and other local offerings Attend to communication / promotion tasks via different channels, such as newsletter, eMag, Intranet, iShare… Help with the purchase processes and gift management across sites Take care of other ad hoc tasks, like brainstorming / researching / content development & presentation Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources / psychology / social sciences preferred Detail-orientated, taking accountability for coordination and administration work Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with hybrid team Good English skills both written and oral Proficient in data analysis / AI skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
