Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial refrigeration systems across customer sites throughout Townsville and the wider North Queensland region.

This hands-on role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• →Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown service work on industrial refrigeration systems
• →Diagnose and rectify equipment faults to minimise downtime for customers
• →Complete service reports and associated documentation accurately and on time
• →Build strong customer relationships and provide technical support when required
• →Participate in ongoing technical training and development programs
• →Contribute to a positive, safety-first culture

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or relevant trade qualification
• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Experience working on industrial refrigeration systems
• Ammonia refrigeration experience
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Flexible, proactive approach to service delivery
