Responsibilities

→Deliver massage services that meet Woodhouse standards and each guest’s needs.
→Consult with guests about their preferences and areas of concern, adapting services within your scope of practice.
→Create a welcoming, comfortable experience through attentive communication and professional care.
→Recommend appropriate service enhancements and retail products that support each guest’s goals.
→Maintain accurate guest notes and follow sanitation, safety, and service protocols.
→Prepare and reset treatment rooms, keeping supplies clean, organized, and ready.
→Assist with laundry and help keep shared guest areas ready between appointments.
→Participate in paid training, team meetings, and ongoing skill development.

Requirements

A current, active Arkansas massage therapy license by your start date
Strong massage skills and a commitment to safe, personalized care
Warm, professional communication and a genuine interest in guest well-being
Dependability, a team-oriented approach, and openness to feedback
Willingness to learn and follow Woodhouse service protocols
Availability for scheduled evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays, with Saturdays off in rotation
Availability for required paid training before opening

Woodhouse Spa Little Rock is a locally owned spa opening in Pleasant Ridge Shopping Center in January 2027. Our resort-inspired setting will offer massages, facials, and body treatments, along with a Quiet Room, sauna, plush robes, and thoughtful touches that help guests unwind.
An exceptional guest experience begins with the people who create it. We’re building a team that values skilled care, mutual respect, dependable follow-through, and pride in our work.
As a founding team member, you’ll help establish the service and workplace culture that define our spa.

What We Offer

✓Guaranteed hourly pay: $22 - $26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The same hourly rate applies to all time on the clock, including services, time between appointments, assigned duties, and training.

✓Additional earnings: Guest gratuities, individual retail commissions, and bonuses for qualifying service enhancements.

✓Paid time off: Full-time and part-time team members accrue PTO based on hours worked, beginning on day one. Accrued PTO is available for use after 90 days under our PTO plan.

✓Scheduling: Full-time and part-time opportunities with rotating Saturdays off. Evening and some holiday availability is required.

✓Paid training: Learn Woodhouse services and protocols and participate in ongoing team development.
