Diagnostic Cardiac Medical Sonographer Part Time - Non Invasive Lab

• High School Diploma/GED Plus Graduation from an accredited Medical Sonography Program.  

• Cardiac ultrasound experience, including treadmill and pharmacologic stress testing
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) within one year of hire
• Must complete registry within one year of employment.
• Current BLS

• →Performs ultrasound imaging, identifies anomalies and makes independent protocol decisions based on findings to assist primary care providers with diagnosing patients.
• →Obtains, reviews and integrates pertinent patient history and clinical data to facilitate optimal diagnostic results.
• →Maintains sonographic and other equipment in efficient operating order.
• →Sets up for and assists the physician or licensed provider with procedures and examinations.
• →Completes billing and coding information for performed procedures.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.
