→Carry out building surveyor inspections and prepare reports
→Prepare specifications for, and administer, repair and refurbishment contracts
→Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations and exit strategies
→Prepare planned preventative maintenance plans
→Undertake building reinstatement cost assessments
→Help coordinate portfolio instructions
→Build lasting relationships with internal and external clients, providing an excellent client service
→Take part in business development and have direct client contact at a senior level
→Travel as needed (some travel is required)
→ What you'll bring
→MRICS (building surveying) with proven experience, preferably PQE in a commercial consultancy
→Experience of delivering for clients in a client-facing role
→An outward-looking, "all-rounder" approach, with team spirit and a drive to deliver excellence
→The ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
→A proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated approach
→Strong verbal, numerical and report-writing skills
→Excellent time management and organisation, and the ability to work under pressure
→Excellent communication skills, and a professional presentation
→Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
→AutoCAD experience (an advantage)
