- Designed and implemented formats for monitoring secondary sales, productivity, fresh damage and expiry stock and field force team performance.
- Maintained distributor floor stock in Salesflo aligned with actual physical stock accuracy through timely billing, returns, and settlements in coordination with all concerned.
- Generated and shared KPI reports with Field Sales Lead.
- Processed all sales orders with accuracy and timelines.
