Your role and impact
As Head of Registrations and Revalidation Operations, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, timely, and customer-focused operational services across the Registration and Revalidation function. • Managing resources effectively, including budgets, people, and operational capacity.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaborative working and service excellence.
  • Leading change initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering high-performance services within a complex, regulated, or customer-focused environment. You will combine strategic thinking with strong operational management skills and a passion for driving improvement.

You will bring:
  • Significant leadership experience within a complex operational environment.
  • Experience of working within a regulatory environment, ideally within healthcare regulation.
  • A strong track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience of budget management and effective resource planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insight to improve performance and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to challenge existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style that encourages teamwork, engagement, and continuous development.
