Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part time) - W Prague

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator for Part time position to join our Marketing team and help bring the W brand to life across our digital channels.

• →Support the daily management of W Prague’s social media channels.
• →Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms.
• →Coordinate photography and video shoots around the hotel.
• →Support influencer collaborations, media visits, and marketing events.
• →Update hotel websites and digital platforms.
• →Assist with marketing campaigns for Rooms, Restaurants & Bars, Spa, and Events.
• →Monitor social media engagement, guest feedback, and digital trends.
• →Help create marketing materials while ensuring consistency with W brand guidelines.

• A passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Strong interest in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, and wellness.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Fluent Czech and English (both required).
• A positive, flexible team player who is eager to learn and bring fresh ideas.
