IT Workday Analyst II

This position is remote work eligible for candidates residing in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MS, NC, OK, SC, SD, TN, VA.

• →Assist in financial system audits and maintenance of controls and documentation for compliance
• →Ensure all the implemented software, including modifications, are tested and signed off by the customer, communicated to all affected, and carried through to implementation, minimizing problems and delays
• →Gather and document functional and technical report requirements and translate requirements into reporting solutions
• →Create new and maintain existing Workday security roles. Evaluate and manage relationship between security roles, business process definitions, and data objects.
• →Collaborate with end users on configuring and implementing new features and system changes
• →Maintain trouble ticketing system for Financial team tickets ensuring tickets are responded to in a timely manner

• High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
• Bachelors Degree, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology or Other Related Field (Preferred)

• 1 year Experience with enterprise systems (such as Workday, Kronos, Hyland OnBase). (Preferred)
• 1 year Technical experience with Relational databases, SQL, SQLPlus, Access, Excel, Word, Unix, Java, scripting languages, Crystal reporting, Python, JSON, Oracle database administration. (Preferred)

• Strong communication and technical skills and the ability to work well with all team members and customers
• Ability to quickly learn and understand the customer business needs and processes. Able to determine when a solution is a process issue or a technical solution requiring automation.
