Every day, pediatricians, developmental specialists, and childcare professionals meet families looking for answers, guidance, and support for their child's development. By building trusted relationships with these professionals, we can help more families discover autism services that make a meaningful difference in their child's life.

As MeBe's Pediatric Community Outreach Liaison, you'll spend approximately 15–20 hours per week out in the community building relationships with the professionals who support children with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs. You'll help them understand MeBe's ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, identify which children may benefit from our programs, and guide families toward the next steps in accessing care.

New to healthcare? We'll teach you! You'll receive paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in pediatric healthcare, autism services, community outreach, and business development.

  • Make a Difference for Children and Families: Help connect the professionals who support children with autism and developmental differences to services that can help them grow.

  • Enjoy a Variable-Hour Schedule: Make a meaningful impact in your community while working approximately 15–20 hours per week, with hours varying based on outreach opportunities and business needs.

  • Learn About Autism & Child Development: Gain valuable knowledge about pediatric therapy, developmental milestones, early intervention, and the challenges families may face when seeking care.

  • Build Meaningful Community Relationships: Get to know pediatricians, psychologists, developmental specialists, and the office teams who help guide families.

  • Get Paid to Learn & Grow: Receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing skills in healthcare outreach, relationship-building, and business development.

  • Spend Your Working Hours Out in the Community: Visit pediatric practices, attend events, and build connections instead of sitting behind a desk all day.

  • Take Ownership of Your Success: Plan your outreach activities, bring fresh ideas to your visits, and see how your efforts contribute to helping more families find care.

  • Be Rewarded for Your Impact: Enjoy competitive hourly pay, bonus opportunities, and a supportive team that celebrates progress.
