IT Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer

At UniSystems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer to join our UniQue team.

• Administering the infrastructure monitoring systems (such as Microsoft SCOM).
• Monitoring the IT infrastructure consisting of different OS, applications, services and devices.
• Creating dashboards and alerts.
• Troubleshooting monitoring related issues.
• Deploying, upgrading and patching Microsoft SCOM and other monitoring systems.
• Capacity planning, tuning and optimisation.
• Updating the technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Providing 2nd line support to other IT teams and coordinating with 3rd line of support.
• Participating in coordination and project meetings.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of IT relevant professional experience with minimum 5 years in a similar position.
• Experience with MS SCOM and Dynatrace monitoring.
• Hands-on experience in administration of complex monitoring systems deployed in non-heterogeneous and containerized environments including Cloud services.
• Expert in optimizing, tuning and planning of monitoring infrastructure.
• Experience in scripting on Windows Servers (PowerShell).
• Hands-on experience in administration of MS Windows Servers and Linux Servers.
• Hands-on experience in administering virtual infrastructures.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups.
• Very good command of spoken and written English (B2).
