Culinary Concierge

About Evermore

• →Act as a resort food and beverage concierge with knowledge of all offerings including those located at Conrad Orlando
• →Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the resort restaurant menus, including seasonal offerings and specials, ingredients and preparation methods
• →Proactively engage with guests to understand their dining preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, and special occasions
• →Be familiar with our six-step allergy procedure as well as the big nine allergens as they relate to our menu items
• →Collaborate with the culinary team to accommodate special requests, dietary restrictions, create custom dishes or modify menu items to meet individual guest needs
• →Coordinate and book in home dining experiences
• →Assist with restaurant reservations property wide
• →Communicate with delivery drivers and culinary team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of orders
• →Verify accuracy of order by matching guest check or order form with the items prior to delivery
• →Provide excellent guest service during deliveries, including friendly interaction and timely responses to inquiries
• →Follow proper telephone and digital greeting etiquette
• →Handle guest concerns or questions professionally and promptly, or escalate them to the manager on duty, as needed
• →Organize and maintain accurate delivery logs, including delivery times, order information, and any issues encountered during deliveries
• →Ensure all required paperwork is organized and completed accurately and promptly
• →Comply with all company policies and procedures, including dress code and vehicle use policies

• Experienced in standard industry computer systems (POS, work order systems, inventory, etc.).
• Two years of experience in a similar role, hospitality and catering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Orlando dining scene to offer expertise with personalizing on-site experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle guest requests with grace and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Strong punctuality and dependability.
• Obtain food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements. 

• Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach.
• Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
