• 新材料に関する開発テーマの企画立案、および開発・標準化のリード
• 開発・標準化された材料を実用化（量産化）するための設備仕様検討
• 新材料に関する調査、実験、解析、および評価
• 新材料の規格設定（スペック定義）に関する業務

• 成形材料および表面処理材料の仕様設定（スペックイン）
• 材料納入仕様書の締結、および維持管理
• 成形・表面処理材料の新色調色、および得意先への承認補助
• 購買戦略に基づいた代替材料（リソーシング）の評価活動の推進

• 世界を走る「クルマ」に、自分の証を刻む：自身が開発・選定した素材や技術が、形となって世界中の道を走り、人々の移動を支える手応えを実感できます。
• 素材から完成車まで、サプライチェーンを動かす醍醐味：素材メーカーとの共同開発から自動車メーカーへの技術提案まで、業界の最前線で多様なステークホルダーを巻き込む、ダイナミックな仕事が可能です。
• 国境を越えた「ワンチーム」で挑む、グローバルな視座：世界各国の拠点やパートナーと連携し、異なる文化や価値観に触れながら、グローバル市場の課題を解決する視座を養えます。

• 樹脂成形材料、または表面処理材料の開発・評価に関する実務経験（目安：3～4年以上）
• 英語：翻訳ツール等を用いながら英語を使える方ならＯＫ
