The Route

Drivers typically spend 5–7 days on the road before returning home each week. Dry van freight moves through established regional lanes with a combination of mostly drop-and-hook and no-touch loads, helping reduce delays while supporting consistent weekly miles. Dispatch planning is designed to keep drivers moving while providing familiar routes from week to week.

Pay & Bonuses

Weekly pay is $1,475 to $1,600 through direct deposit.

• Layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour

• $15 per stop after the first

Your Equipment

Drive International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 10-speed manual transmissions, 1,500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle systems that help maintain a comfortable cab throughout the trip while reducing unnecessary engine idling. Assigned trucks are not slip-seated and may be taken home with approved secure parking.

EZ Pass and toll cards are provided along with Comm Data fuel cards to simplify trips on the road. Drivers also have access to 24/7 dispatch support, and a rider program is available after 30 days, subject to seasonal guidelines.
