Yield Enhancement Process Engineer m/f/d

• →Daily review of all defect outliers within area of responsibility
• →Identify root cause for re-occurring and yield relevant defect issues
• →Close cooperation with process and equipment engineering to drive continuous defect improvement programs
• →Analyze, evaluate and present engineering data to support process changes and resolve tool issues
• →Identify improvement potential regarding quality, cost savings and throughput within a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• →Create and maintain documentation for disposition of defect outliers (problem description, disposition specs, classification guidelines,…)
• →Support multidisciplinary teams on site but also worldwide level and build collaborative relationships 

• Master degree or similar educational level in Physics, Microelectronics, Microsystems technology, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English - B2 level or better
• Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies
• Good interpersonal skills are required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong presentation and time management skills
