  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform/Bicep, applying AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure AI-based tooling) to accelerate IaC development and reduce configuration errors
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements, using AIOps and anomaly-detection tools to speed up detection, triage, and postmortem analysis
  • Establish observability (dashboards, logs, metrics, tracing, alerting), integrating AI/ML-driven analytics for predictive alerting and noise reduction
  • Embed DevSecOps (policy-as-code, vulnerability scanning, secrets management), including AI-assisted security scanning and threat detection
  • Partner with development teams to improve deployment safety and production readiness
  • Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging AI tools into SRE workflows to improve mean time to detection/resolution (MTTD/MTTR) and overall operational efficiency

Knowledge, Skills and Experience and Experience needed to succeed in this role:

  • 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
  • Strong Azure expertise (AKS, monitoring, networking, security)
  • Hands-on experience with GitOps and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
  • Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience with incident management and operational best practices
  • Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to write, review, or debug infrastructure and automation code
  • Familiarity with AIOps platforms or AI-driven observability/monitoring tools (e.g., anomaly detection, intelligent alerting, log analysis) for proactive incident management
