- →Ensure brand presence through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs
- →Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics
- →Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise the referral-to-surgery funnel
- Weekly and monthly referral count targets
- Doctor visit frequency and relationship quality benchmarks
- Referral-to-conversion rate tracking
- Participation in local events and engagement campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- 2-7 years of experience in field sales or hospital marketing preferred
- Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital referral roles is ideal
- Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork; two-wheeler preferred
- Goal-driven with strong reporting discipline
