Sr. Supply Chain Manager

2Circle Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Armament Directorate (AFLCMC/EB) at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The candidate will serve as a key advisor to government acquisition professionals by evaluating and managing supplier performance, risks, and supply chain strategies related to industry partners providing components for major weapon systems.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting supplier capability assessments, reviewing delivery schedules, identifying potential production bottlenecks, and recommending mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective program execution.
• Work closely with program management, engineering, and contracting teams to enhance supply chain transparency and resilience.
  
  Requirements: 
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in defense supply chain management, with a strong understanding of supplier operations, production planning, and logistics for complex defense systems.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, supply chain risk management practices, and industry standards is essential. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in coordinating with major defense contractors and navigating challenges in high-stakes acquisition environments.
