The incumbent will drive consistent area pricing operational processes and communications.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Area price simplification efforts: including price analysis and simulation
→
Works with sales district owners to develop optimal price levers
→
Designs and implements Material listings strategies together with Area Portfolio Managers
→
Leads yearly price change for the area aligned tothe A3M Model
→
Leads area pricing improvement projects as prioritized by the Area Portfolio Marketers or Customer Operations Leaders
→
Lead and validate data quality staging and audits
→
Works to drive pricing and policy consistency across business units and assist in providing feedback to creating playbooks that unify the Safety & Industrial Business Group pricing guidelines

Requirements

Undergraduate degree required; MBA desired
Certified Pricing Professional Certificate desired
Must have more than 5 years of combined experience in Portfolio leadership and Operational excellence
Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across businesses and operations teams
Demonstrated ability to understand portfolio management as well as operational efficiencies
Ability to manage difficult situations up and down the organizational chart with resiliency
Advanced Excel skill is preferred
