As an Application Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead training and implementation of 3M products and materials in body shop and industrial environments.
Train 3M sales professionals to strengthen their knowledge of 3M materials, applications, and value propositions.
Assist body shops with implementing 3M Standard Operating Procedures to help improve productivity and process consistency.
Support customer collaboration, field trials, and product demonstrations to help drive growth in the product line and market.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering, business, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience serving industrial markets such as collision repair, paint, manufacturing, OEM, or insurance.
Experience in application engineering, technical service, technical training, and/or technical sales.
Intermediate/advanced English.
