Country Activation Marketer, Sumaré/SP

As Country Activation Marketer you will play a key role for marketing in the division of Industrial Adhesives and Tapes, in Sumaré/SP. In this role you will be activate marketing plans driving share gain through demand generation and program execution, provide relevant insights and input into area and global.

• Drive local market growth by shaping marketing plans, gathering competitive and customer insights, supporting product launch readiness, and ensuring country-specific requirements are reflected in programs and portfolio decisions.
• Execute country-level demand generation through localized communications, media, social, and events to build awareness, grow audiences, and convert demand through channel partners.
• Support go-to-market execution with channel communications, training, eCommerce readiness, syndication, and partner prioritization to strengthen sales enablement and channel performance.
• Lead local promotional and product support by aligning with sales and area teams on calendars, translations, technical content, training, and local market requirements.
• Defines and coordinates execution of market/customer analysis, and reports on findings to guide business decisions.
• Implements marketing tactics around product, channel, pricing and promotions, and execute efforts identified on the marketing plan.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree concluded
• Experience in Marketing, strategic planning and commercial execution
• Experience in demand generation campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to gather market, customer, competitor, and channel insights to support business decisions
• Ability to collaborate with sales, regional teams, and channel partners to support launches, training, promotions, and sales enablement
• Advanced English level

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Experience with eCommerce readiness, content syndication, and channel partner enablement
• Knowledge of product launch processes, localized communications, and promotional campaign execution
• Has the personality to convince and engage sales teams
• B2B experience
• Intermediate Spanish

• This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M office in Sumaré/SP.
• Travel: May include up to 35%
