✓The starting rate of pay for this position is $36.32 with the potential to reach $40.35. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Possess or in the last six months of obtaining a two-year technical degree (completed and verified prior to start) in a maintenance or electro-mechanic field

High school diploma/GED (completed prior to start) AND five (5) or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, on-call rotation for weekends and holidays, as needed.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Two-year degree in Mechatronics, Systems Controls, Fluid Power, or equivalent field of study and five years of maintenance experience
A strong multi-craft aptitude in a manufacturing environment
Problem solving/reasoning ability
Good organizational and planning skills
Self-motivated, team orientated, and good interpersonal skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to lift/carry heavy materials
Ability to comprehend, understand, and apply written and verbal directions from standard operating procedures, safety rules and supervisor coaching
Ability to wear personal protective equipment in accordance with safety rules

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
