Execute full-cycle in IT skills recruitment from sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate roles

Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery

Conduct screening, behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and values

Apply advanced sourcing techniques including Naukri, social hiring, referrals, events, and passive talent mapping

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and future skill demands in the Indian market

Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria

Provide market insights around talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
-
Ensure clear and consistent communication on hiring progress

Deliver a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at events, career fairs, and digital hiring campaigns ( Wherever required).

Maintain accurate records in ATS and TA dashboards

Ensure hiring compliance with local labor laws

Contribute to continuous process improvements and TA best practices
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required ( Preference IT or HR)

8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced corporate or tech environment

Proven track record hiring for Software Engineering/Data Engineering/ AIML / Product/Design roles in Indian market

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and Indian talent market dynamics

Fluent English (mandatory)

Cross regional hiring experience for geographies like the US, Canada or EU is good to have.

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Analytical mindset with ability to use data for insights and decisions

Skilled in negotiation and closing
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a global, matrixed structure

High accountability, adaptability, and passion for people & culture
