Front-End Engineer (Web Designer / HTML Coder) - Japanese Bilingual

A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Front-End Engineer to join their Online Marketing Division. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will work closely with designers to bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation, ensuring seamless UI/UX, responsiveness, and accessibility across various platforms including SaaS and CMS environments.

• →Front-End Implementation: Develop and maintain web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• →Platform Development: Build and customize sites on SaaS platforms such as Webflow and Shopify.
• →CMS Management: Construct and develop custom templates for Content Management Systems, primarily WordPress.
• →UI/UX Collaboration: Work with designers to design structures and implement web animations with a focus on user experience.
• →Quality Assurance: Ensure all web assets are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and meet web accessibility standards.
• →Project Strategy: Participate from the proposal phase to provide technical insights for solving client business challenges.
• →Maintenance: Provide ongoing web maintenance and updates for existing clients.
• →Other duties as assigned.
  

Location: Torrance, California (On-site)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (closed weekends and holidays)
Base salary: DOE $45,000.00~$50,000.00 + benefits package ＊The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
