Director, Store Operations

Lead and oversee retail operations strategy and performance across multiple store functions to ensure operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, and a consistent customer experience. Serves as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and frontline store teams, driving alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives. Provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to assigned associates to ensure operational effectiveness.

Ten (10) years of progressive management experience in retail operations and/or retail program support.

OR

Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of progressive management experience in retail operations and/or retail program support.
Work – Onsite (Exchange HQ – Dallas)

Establish and maintain standardized business processes. Monitor performance outcomes and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.

Manage customer experience programs and initiatives that promote a consistent, customer-centric shopping environment across retail operations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic initiatives and operational priorities, align business objectives, remove barriers, and enhance operational performance.
Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and develop recommendations that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives to support modernization efforts and operational enhancements across retail operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
