Shift Supervisor

Responsible for shift operation of an Exchange branch facility. Oversees associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned areas. Utilizes leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.


If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. Must be 21yrs or older.

• Able to lift 40 pounds (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds)
