Jr. Project Manager

• →Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring software implementation and digital transformation projects.
• →Coordinate with internal technical teams, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• →Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk registers, and project status reports.
• →Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• →Facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• →Support requirement gathering, scope management, and change request tracking.
• →Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management.
• →Collaborate closely with delivery managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience managing or coordinating software delivery/IT projects.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.

• Experience working on enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• CAPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
