Provide Process/Quality Engineering support to manufacturing to ensure delivery of the highest quality product to the customer.
Support product development teams to help ensure development of high-quality new products.

• →Identify manufacturing process defects (scrap, non-conforming material, complaints); perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective/preventative actions.
• →Support development of product quality plans, specifications, risk analyses, and FMEA.
• →Use process monitoring systems to identify critical steps and reduce process variation.
• →Assist product/process improvement efforts using quality metrics and analysis.
• →Apply and develop proficiency in quality tools and training materials.
• →Participate in validation activities (protocol/report writing, execution).
• →Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• →Participate in Field Discrepancy Notification (FDN) investigations.

• NFQ Level 7 qualification (or equivalent. Full credits).
• 2+ years relevant experience (or equivalent).

• Working knowledge of quality systems, processes, and procedures
• Understanding of business unit functions
