Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business processes, improve user experience, and enable scalable digital initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

→Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
→Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
→Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
→Build automation using Flow, Process Builder (where applicable), and Apex triggers.
→Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
→Develop and execute unit tests to maintain required code coverage.
→Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
→Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
→Participate in release management, deployment activities, and DevOps processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years Salesforce development experience (adjust based on seniority).
Strong knowledge of:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- Salesforce Security Model
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
