AI-Native Full Stack Developer - Senior Manager

You are a hands-on technical leader with deep software and cloud engineering foundations who can guide and deliver complete AI-enabled solutions end to end. You use AI-native development tools and autonomous agents as a core part of the software development lifecycle while remaining accountable for architecture, quality, security, and production outcomes.

You can distinguish between using AI effectively to build applications and building production-grade agentic applications. You set the technical direction, stay close to the build, and help teams adopt evolving AI-native practices without tying delivery to a single tool or provider.

You will work directly with clients to shape use cases, architecture, and delivery for secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from prototype through production, integrating applications across enterprise systems while establishing practical standards for AI-native engineering.

• →Lead the architecture and hands-on delivery of complete AI-enabled solutions across full stack, cloud, data, and AI components.
• →Lead clients in adopting agentic AI across the SDLC by designing and implementing reusable harnesses and agents that automate and improve software engineering workflows.
• →Set and champion AI-native software development practices across design, coding, testing, code review, documentation, and delivery.
• →Guide teams in creating and customizing skills, agents, and subagents that improve individual and team engineering workflows.
• →Ensure solutions are grounded in strong software engineering and cloud engineering practices, including secure design, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness.
• →Design and deliver production-grade agentic applications, including orchestration, context management, tool invocation, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and agent FinOps.
• →Define evaluation approaches and production metrics for accuracy, latency, safety, reliability, and cost.
• →Shape data and knowledge foundations for agentic solutions, including data management, ontologies, knowledge management, retrieval, and graph-based patterns.
• →Lead client workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions as a trusted technical advisor, translating ambiguity into executable architecture and delivery plans.

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience building and shipping full stack, distributed, or cloud-native systems, including technical leadership across complex delivery environments.
• Strong software engineering and cloud engineering foundations, with experience building and shipping scalable applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on full stack development experience using modern front-end and back-end technologies, such as React or Angular and Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated fluency with current AI-native development tools and agent modes across design, coding, testing, code review, documentation, and delivery, with the adaptability to learn new tools as the ecosystem evolves.
• Ability to create and customize skills, agents, and subagents that support day-to-day engineering work and improve team delivery.
• Experience with cloud-native delivery practices, including containers, Kubernetes, serverless or event-driven patterns, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and debugging.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications, including LLM integration, prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent workflows.
• Strong client-facing communication and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into working software.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade agentic systems and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, observability, guardrails, and cost management for agents.
• Strong knowledge of data management, ontologies, knowledge management, context engineering, loop engineering, or graph engineering.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing technical delivery and guide teams through adoption of AI-native development practices.
• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
