Are you an experienced professional ready to take your career to the next level? At Accenture the Netherlands, we're seeking AI Security (Senior) Consultant who bring deep expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation to help us solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional results.

We are open to candidates coming from either of the directions below. You do not need to be strong in both – but you should be clearly strong in one.

Responsibilities

Deliver client engagements across AI security assessment, advisory, and implementation support, with increasing ownership as you develop.

Assess and improve the security of AI systems, applying frameworks such as the OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS to real client environments, identifying gaps and recommending practical remediation.

Support AI-native security delivery, contributing to Cyber.AI deployments and agent-based security workflows alongside forward-deployed engineers.
→
Translate between technical and business audiences, explaining AI security risk to a CISO and translating control requirements for a development team, often in the same week.
→
Translate regulatory frameworks such as DORA, NIS2 and the EU AI Act into concrete client requirements and solution designs for AI systems.
→
Advise clients on securing AI across people, process, and technology, not technology alone.
→
Contribute to methodology, assessment tooling, sector-specific points of view, and business development including proposals and RFPs.
