As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall application stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Ability to analyze and optimize report performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and presentation.
- Familiarity with database querying and data manipulation to support reporting requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to reporting services and data integration.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
