Responsibilities

→End to end event and budget audit management.
→Supporting global Centre of Excellence planning and Event execution planning teams
→Post event reconciliation and budget actuals entry
→Manage event technology-related support, compliance, and reporting.
→Management of budgets, invoice reconciliation and payments

→Build and configure event websites and registration portals based on event requirements.

→Ensure all meeting request entries align with compliance and the latest policies

At least 2 years of working knowledge of Cvent
Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to identify trends and simplify complex themes
Proven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teams
Strong Stakeholder Management
Experience of Change Management; Process Design / Process Improvement

Knowledge of any additional Event technology apart from Cvent would be an added benefit
Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level
Outstanding communication skills
Cvent certifications would be an added advantage
