- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, including authentication, authorisation, federation, and decentralised identity
- Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms (e.g. Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Transmit, Azure AD B2C or similar)
- Proven experience delivering technology solutions in consulting or client-facing environments
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, UK Data Protection Act) and their impact on customer identity solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and propose effective solutions
- Well-organised with the ability to manage and support delivery across multiple or complex workstreams
- Experience with modern identity and security approaches (e.g. Zero Trust, adaptive authentication, API security)
- Familiarity with frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT)
- Experience integrating CIAM platforms into wider enterprise environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, or directory services (e.g. Active Directory)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
