Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure that support software development processes. This role requires setting up and optimizing continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines to streamline workflows. The engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and security. The role also involves managing container orchestration environments and integrating cloud technologies to support development and operational needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment to improve software delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of infrastructure with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with security best practices in software development and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
