◆業務内容
エクスペリエンスマネジャーは、サービスデザイナー、ビジュアルデザイナー、UIUXデザイナーなどのデザイナーや、ビジネスコンサルタント、エンジニアと連携しながら、顧客体験を軸に描かれた、お客様企業のビジネスに変革を起こす体験・サービスのデザイン構想・戦略を踏襲したプロダクト・サービスを世に送り出し、継続的な成長と改善をする役割を担います。

<具体的な業務内容>
・描いた体験を、具体的なブループリントや開発要件に落とし込み、デザイナー・エンジニア・ビジネスコンサルタントと連携しサービス・プロダクトを具現化

・デリバリーの過程で浮上する開発課題、組織課題、アライアンス先やユーザーに展開して適応させていく上での課題など、デザイン戦略の具現化を阻害する課題を提起し、他領域のコンサルタントと協力して解消

・お客様企業や他領域のコンサルタントから受け取るフィードバックを基に、ロジカルなコミュニケーション・ドキュメンテーションによりサービス・プロダクトに対する意思決定を推進

・お客様企業の事業戦略に基づいたサービス・プロダクトロードマップの策定・実行、及び、事業状況に追従した更新
