Full Stack Developer for Data & AI Solutions

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and build cloud-native web applications that are performant, secure and genuinely useful to the people who use them. You will work across the stack — React on the front end, Python on the back end — and own your code through to production on Azure or GCP. You will work in areas like FinTech, Retail, Consumer Goods and many more.

You will also be expected to work with AI coding assistants as a standard part of your toolkit. We are not looking for people who avoid them, nor for people who accept their output uncritically. We are looking for engineers who can direct these tools well, review what comes back with a sharp eye, and ship higher quality work faster as a result.

Your day to day will include participating in daily scrums, shaping and implementing user stories end to end, writing tests, reviewing pull requests (human- and AI-authored), and maintaining the pipelines that get your work into production.

  Collaborating with team members and clients to understand requirements and propose solutions

  Building responsive, accessible web applications with React and TypeScript

  Designing and implementing APIs and back-end services in Python (FastAPI, Django or Flask)

  Translating designs and wireframes into high quality, maintainable code

  Deploying and operating workloads on Azure and/or GCP, including containerized services

  Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability for the services you own

  Using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex) effectively — decomposing problems into good prompts, validating generated code, and applying the same review standards you would to any contribution

  Working with Git and a disciplined branching strategy, with meaningful code review as a habit rather than a formality

  Applying architecture and design pattern knowledge to keep solutions scalable and simple

  Strong desire to push the boundaries of technology solutions with experimentation and technology ecosystem engagement

  Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

  As a member of our delivery team you will work together with our clients across different industries on either implementation or strategy design projects

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is essential

• Hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, plus solid HTML/CSS fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with Python for back-end development, including REST API design

• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (Azure or GCP) is a strong plus

• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS / GKE)

• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep) is a strong plus

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, BigQuery or similar)

• Practical experience using AI coding assistants in real projects, with a clear view of where they help and where they need to be challenged

• Demonstrated ability to architect scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
