Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on delivering impactful, efficient, and scalable software products that address complex business challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
