Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data processing.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Competence in integrating front-end and back-end components for seamless user experiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
