Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to meet evolving business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
- Ability to work within agile development frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance across the stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
