Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with team members to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance their service offerings. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies to improve development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable and resilient applications.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, and documentation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
