Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize development processes and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
