Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within an agile environment, the role emphasizes delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software that enhances client services and supports evolving business needs.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
- Experience working within agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
