HR SuccessFactors Analyst in Organizational Management with German

By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest/ Brasov or remote from other parts of Romania.

• Perform plausibility checks and large-scale content validations to ensure data quality in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM;

• Perform data changes, data input and mass uploads in SAP/HRIS;

• Create and update organizational structures in the system, including organizational units, positions, reporting structures and other relevant elements of the organizational structure;

• Verify and maintain the accuracy of employee data and organizational data in the system;

• Prepare and perform mass data changes, including file verification, data validation and identification of possible errors before and after upload;

• Provide centralized support and quality assurance for organizational management (including handling central reports, dashboards, and error analyses);

• Manage the process for variable compensation for all eligible employees in Germany (ATs, Executives, Senior Executives);

• Act as Data Quality Specialist for Germany, ensuring data quality related to the Payroll Master Data (PMD) system;

• Lead and actively contribute to projects (e.g., reorganizations, carve-outs).

• You have B2 German & English language skills;

• Bachelor’s degree/ High school degree;

• Advanced knowledge and confident handling of SAP HCM/HRIS/ HR modules;

• Preferred previous experience: reporting officer/ HRBPs, familiarized with organizational structures & pyramids, to have handled customized HR Reports requests;

• You can solve urgent matters.
